In 2002, the company's founders and investors had insight into the opportunities and predicted that mobile electronic communications would soon become the mainstream of the market, and that lightweight and safe polymer batteries contained huge business opportunities. After careful investigation, they decided that they would devote themselves to the lithium battery business. In the same year, Topwell Power was established, started production of lithium polymer batteries.

In 2003, passed ISO9001:2000 certification.

In 2006, implemented the Japan Toyota Lean Production Management (JIT) project

In 2007, implemented the visual management system project (VI)

In 2010, it was rated as "National High-tech Enterprise".

In 2012, in order to meet the diversified needs of customers, the production line of cylindrical lithium-ion batteries was added.

In 2016, began to produce lithium iron phosphate batteries.

In 2017, the overseas sales department was established and the trademark "TWE" was registered.  "TWE" means “Trusty, Worthy, Excellent”. We are committed to becoming a reliable, respectable, and best global leading lithium battery supplier!

In 2019, Lithium Battery New Energy Research Institute was established.

In 2021, achieved a production capacity of 1 million lithium batteries per day.
