Is the battery safe?
Yes, we have online X-Ray full inspection to ensure the safety of the internal structure of the battery cell. And for battery pack, it has protection board to protect from over-charge, over-discharge, over current, over temperature, short circuited, etc. All our batteries are strictly inspected before shipping.
What kind of certificates your products have acquired?
Most of our products have acquired MSDS, UN38.3, IEC62133, CE, RoHS, UL etc certificates. Goods are safe and can be shipped in safe!

Do you have MOQ?
For normal cells, no limited. Small order is also welcome. More quantity has better price. For battery pack, pls contact us for exact information.
What is your term of payment?

Can I get samples to test? Free or Charge?
Yes, samples are available, but charged. Because many customers want samples every day, if we support free samples for each customer, it will bring us a high cost. Hope for your kind understand.
What is the lead time?
It is 7-15 days for samples, 30-35 days for bulk order.
How do you ship the goods?
For samples, we can ship by express such as UPS, FedEX, DHL. For bulk order, we can ship by air, by sea.
Do you provide after-sales warranty?
Yes. Normally the warranty is 12 months, for 12V~48V LiFePO4 battery pack, we can support 2-5 years. If any quality problem on our side in this period, we can send new one as replacement.
How long can the battery be stored?
At normal temperature, the batteries can be stored for one year without using. But to keep the battery performance at high level, we suggest you doing a charging&discharging cycle every 6 months.
